Join us for Freedom Fridays as international yogini, Wambui Njuguna-Räisänen, and feminist chaplain-scholar, Lizzie Berne DeGear offer a powerful opportunity for community care and self-sovereignty. In three gentle yoga sessions we will learn to breathe deeply and practice sustainable self-care in the midst of dismantling systemic oppression. All are welcome and no prior experience with yoga is needed.
