People’s Catholic Seminary (PCS) Privacy & Confidentiality Compliance Statement

People’s Catholic Seminary is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of all learners. PCS complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and universally recognized educational privacy standards. In accordance with FERPA:

· All education records, including coursework, assignments, evaluations, and communications, are confidential and will not be disclosed without the explicit written consent of the student.

· PCS may release information only if it meets a statutory FERPA exception or is classified as directory information—and only when the student has not placed a hold on the release of such information.

· Student work may not be publicly shared, posted, or distributed by faculty, staff, or the institution without prior written consent from the student.

· PCS maintains secure storage and digital systems to protect student records and ensure compliance with all applicable privacy laws.
