Present an overview of the history and theology of Marriage within the Roman Catholic tradition

Study an egalitarian understanding of Sacrament of Marriage

Explore Christian sexual ethics within a framework of contemporary theology in preparation for Marriage

Offer a variety of liturgical celebrations and rituals for weddings

OUTCOMES

Articulate an understanding of marriage and sexuality that reflects the heart of the call to live the Gospel as mystics, prophets and sacramental celebrators of life.

Provide support for ordained ministers working with couples

Develop contemporary marriage rituals to be used within Christian Communities.
